چکیده
Tomato Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. is one of the most cultivated and widely consumed vegetables in world. However, it very susceptible to infection initiated by Fusariumoxysporum fruit rot, which shortens post-harvest life thus reduces market value. This disease can be regulated appropriately application synthetic fungicides. chemical fungicides constitute a serious health risk, have harmful environment effects increase resistance, even when microbes are dead. Hence, overcome this problem, chitosan vanillin, antimicrobial bioactive properties against growth microorganisms, could an alternative control, while maintaining quality prolonging shelf life. The aim research was evaluate activity vanillin towards inoculate pathogen investigate effect coating vivo on Fusarium oxysporum rot defense-related enzymes (PAL, PPO POD). Chitosan aqueous solutions, i.e., 0.5% + 10 mM 1% 1.5% 15 were used as edible coatings tomatoes stored at 26 ± 2 °C 60 5 relative humidity. result revealed able control incidence 70.84% severity 70%. These combinations also retain phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL), peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) enzyme activities well prolong up days.

Root Rot of Balloon Flower (Platycodon grandiflorum) Caused by Fusarium solani and Fusarium oxysporum
Balloon flower (Platycodon grandiflorum) is a kind of mountain herbs whose roots have restorative properties and the cultivating acreage of balloon flower has been steadily increasing in Korea. More frequent rain and high amount of rainfalls as a result of climate changes predisposed balloon flower to the outbreaks of root rot at high-density cultivation area in recent years. Root crowns were u...

There has been commendable development in the field of biosynthesis of nanoparticles due to their low cost, environment friendly approach. One such biological entity employed in the synthesis is a fungus, Fusarium oxysporum that has shown hopes for a sustainable synthesis of many nanoparticles. In this review we will give an overview of the synthesis of nanoparticles using green methods and the...
متن کاملFirst Report of Potato Stem-End Rot Caused by Fusarium oxysporum in Korea
In this study, we identified the causative agent of stem-end rot in potatoes that were grown in Gangwon alpine areas of Korea in 2013. The disease symptoms included appearance of slightly sunken circular lesion with corky rot on the potato surface at the stem-end portion. The fungal species isolated from the infected potatoes were grown on potato dextrose agar and produced white aerial mycelia ...
متن کاملCompost and biochar alter mycorrhization, tomato root exudation, and development of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici
Soil amendments like compost and biochar are known to affect soil properties, plant growth as well as soil borne plant pathogens. Complex interactions based on microbial activity and abiotic characteristics are supposed to be responsible for suppressive properties of certain substrates, however, the specific mechanisms of action are still widely unknown. In the present study, the main focus was...
متن کاملInteraction between Meloidogyne incognita and Agrobacterium tumefaciens or Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici on Tomato.
Agrobacterium tumefaciens stimulated and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici inhibited development and reproduction of Meloidogyne incognita when applied to the opposite split root of tomato, Lycopersicon esculentum cv. Tropic, plants. The lowest rate of nematode reproduction occurred after 2,000 juveniles were applied and the fungus was present in the opposite split root. The effects of all ...
